excellent downtown stay
spacious room downtown location gym equipment
the room was spacious and comfortable. the location downtown was quite convenient. the gym provided adequate equipment for a workout I found the pool particularly inviting after a long day of travel. all these aspects significantly contributed to an enjoyable stay.
i experienced a minor inconvenience regarding the air conditioning unit the noise was louder than expected during the night it somewhat disrupted my sleep it is an area i hope the hotel addresses .

breakfast in the lounge offered excellent service with a wide selection the staff was attentive and ensured all guests were well taken care of during the morning hours the food was fresh and plentiful.

the heated pool area included a hot tub and sauna for relaxation these amenities are well kept and readily available the gym featured three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights.

the boutique king room was spacious and well-appointed the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the room also included a work desk with ample lighting and comfortable seating.

the hotel is centrally located with easy access to many attractions the wharf is a short walk away and offers dining options several shops restaurants and nightlife venues are within easy walking distance.

the staff was friendly and helpful the front desk provided assistance with directions and recommendations the bartenders made excellent martinis each evening the hotel staff ensured a seamless and pleasant experience.

hot steam room outdoor pool easy access
The location provided easy access to many city attractions. The steam room in the men's change room was very hot. The outdoor pool offered a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.

loud a c unacceptable disturbance
the service provided was acceptable and the room was ready ahead of schedule.
The air conditioning unit was excessively loud. It disrupted my sleep entirely. upon full operation, the noise intensified significantly and this woke me up throughout the night. such a disturbance is not acceptable, especially considering the rate charged.

gym equipment heated pool lounge area basic room needed updates thin blanket
The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. The outdoor heated pool featured a spa. I found the lounge area with a restaurant lovely.
My room felt basic. It needed updates. I also noticed the blanket was very thin.

Acceptable, but Room for Improvement
loud a c absent manager
My stay had some issues. The air conditioning unit made a racket all night. It started subtly, but soon escalated to an extreme noise level. This kept me awake. I found the lack of readily available management a bit unsettling.. Nobody seemed to be in charge when I needed assistance.

Decent stay with some drawbacks
central location spacious room clean pool loud a c external noise thin blanket
The hotel had a good location near the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious. The pool area looked very nice and clean.
The AC unit was very loud. It made sleeping really difficult for me. I also noticed a lot of noise from outside, including leaf blowers early in the morning. The blanket provided felt very thin for the cold season.
